Nepal Korea International College invites sealed bids from registered, qualified, and experienced commercial construction companies/contractors for the construction of its upcoming college building facility located at Imadol, Mahalaxmi-4, Setipakha, Lalitpur.
The structural engineering, architectural layout, and 3D designs have been finalized. We are currently seeking competitive technical and financial proposals (including a detailed Bill of Quantities - BOQ) based on our pre-approved design templates.
Scope of Work:
- Complete civil construction, structural work, finishing, and allied services for the college campus building as per the provided architectural and structural designs.

- Digital copies of the architectural/structural & 3D designs and the blank BOQ framework can be downloaded by clicking here:
- Bidders are highly encouraged to conduct a physical site visit at Setipakha, Lalitpur, before final submission.
- Sealed financial bids must be submitted through online form or securely via email admin@nkic.edu.np no later than Date: July 11, 2026 by 5:00 PM.

Eligibility & Document Requirements: Interested bidders must submit the following documents upon our request when it is needed.
- Copy of Company/Firm Registration Certificate (Renewed).
- Copy of PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest fiscal year.
- Company Profile highlighting past experience in similar institutional or commercial building projects.
